Recently I caught a head cold and it also came with coughing
(chest congestion). I realized I had nothing for my cold 🥺
I went to Amazon and found Diabetic Tussin (never tried it)
I got Buckley's a medicine that I swear it actually scares you cold away.
I used it on the children ( they are now all adults) when they were younger; tasted it once 🥺.

Your best bet is to ask your pharmacist incase you have other issues with your medications.There is sugar free meds available cough syrup and candies.

I use sugerless cough drops, Hall's for one. I have alergies
