See your doctor.
Eat 5 snack sized meals a day of 300 to 350 calories each. Adjust a little up or down to stabilize weight, or bring it up or down.

Control your carb loading to 15-20 carbs per meal. Adjust as needed. Most diagnosed with diabetes can handle 100-130 net carbs daily. Some only 50.
