My choler sterol is low and normal...Ive tried to take a berberine complex wiith cinnamon and fenugreek...but it seems to raise my blood sugar...not a lot...but it all counts...bumms me out cause my current dr is pressuring me to take losartan and avortan...."because I am a diabetic'...IT MADE ME VERY SICK FOR A WEEK so I stopped...but Ive tried the berberine twice now...same effect both times
