Hi @A DiabetesTeam Member,
It could be for many other reasons, but my Bride, children, and grandchildren get headaches when they are a bit dehydrated.
So if this is the case, the fix is easy. Try it and if it doesn't work, see your doctor.
It is suggested that 3-5 litres water daily, if your doctors allow that, is necessary for best hydration.
So sip your water, don't chug it.
I personally sip 5-8 litres daily.
Most of it by 1400-1500 hours so I have fewer nighttime loo visits.
Try the 3-5 litres water daily. Replace your electrolytes and see how you feel.
If it works, great. If it doesn't, see your doctor immediately.
Good luck. Praying.
My doctor has said that this could be caused by extremely low blood sugars in the middle of the night which causes ur body to work extra hard at bringing it back up which is why I
I do agree. My thought immediately when I've read your question. Try and drink a glass of water before you go to bed and when you wake up, drink another glass to get you going.
Thank you. I will try that. I never feel thirsty and I don't drink more than two large glasses of water a day. I'm likely dehydrated.
