Hi warriors
We purchased 3 different watches touted as the next coming and game changers.

None have been approved for sale by any health system in any country in the world. For good reasons.

They do not give accurate, reliable information.

We have tested them over and over again over several months.

Last night I tested 2 of them after eating, more carbs than I can process. I can only handle 5 carbs per meal. I ate a 8 carb meal. A slice of bread is about 15 carbs.

I used the watch that I received as a gift. I agree with Hkc it is not accurate,so I have gone back to my meter. Don’t waste your money on one.

Great Briton has a wrist monitor (not a watch) that is more accurate than cgm’s but it cost $5000.00
