Eating protein satisfies appetite for hours.

Hi @A DiabetesTeam Member,
Nut butters are great, especially the no sugar added butters. They can be a high protein super food for us in portion controlled amounts.

Bread on the other hand, needs to be limited to control your carb loading.

I wish for you more good days than bad and have many exceptional days too.
