Hello Timothy2
I learned the hard way about making sure I ate when taking Metformin years ago.
I took my metformin and got busy doing things around the house, went and did a little food shopping (didn't eat anything) until I returned home. Well metformin showed me to follow the label is all I could say. I spent a lot of time in the bathroom reading magazine that day. I take 2000mgs a day now with insulin once a day, and another insulin once a week.
