What is the best time to have your evening meds, in the evening (5 - 8pm) or night, or with meals or after meals? Any suggestions

Hi Prakash it depends on your meds, fast acting or 12 or 24 hour release, if it's fast acting then one needs to eat with or immediately after meals but with the slow release I was told it can be after meals. That is of course if you are type two, not sure about insulin tho. Tc I hope this helps.
