Morning Mamaki. You can eat 3times a day and have 2snacks, but you only snack when you feel peckish. It's always a good idea to first drink water, as sometimes we assume we are hungry, but we are just dehydrated. Snacks you can try apple slices with peanutbutter , I always put a bit of cinammon. Plain yoghurt is also good with berries. Thank you
