Expect? = NEVER

If you do, and it's actually diabetes related, that is your body yelling at you and telling you if you don't have your blood sugar under control yet you better get at it NOW

Or things will start to get progressively worse and having witnessed later stages of neuropathy very up close I can tell you that you don't want to go there
