I'm just so tired all of the time.

Dry mouth, sweating and dizziness. Fatigued.

I have noticed when I get upset (I worry easily about anything) then my sugar level goes up?

I was not expecting and was not told about hearing issues, stomach/bowel problems, issues with my hands. and how nothing makes sense regarding how you can do everything right and your numbers can still be high.

Exercise is easy for me cos I have my beloved rescue dog BENJI n he needs walking every day
