The healthy "basic foods" are no different from diabetics compared to everyone else

So the non-starchy vegetables, greens, whole grains, foods high in fiber, not processed, no added sugars, lean proteins, foods low in saturated fats

Exactly what our health organizations have been preaching to us our whole lives
