Dotty, atherosclerosis is another way to say hardening of the arteries. I have "plaque" accumulating in a couple arteries enough that a portion of my heart is not getting enough oxygen. I think though that it was my stress that was affecting my blood glucose levels and not that. I've calmed down, the procedure is rescheduled and I'm seeing really good numbers again.
