Natural Products For Diabetes
A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

Are there any known natural products that actually work in reducing diabetes? I read about products all the time but I want to be certain that they work before buying any. Thanks

I was 18 - 20 finger prick. It's coming down really well currently sitting between 12. But I have also cut the carbs and get in a little walking.

With my diabetes I have bad blood circulation. I found the advice Dr Barbara O'Neill wonderful, she is really a master of natural medicine. Her advice is use Cayenne pepper with lemon juice and turmeric and hot water. Plus the compresses of castor oil and Cayenne pepper for neuropathy in the feet

I've tried Moringa (smells and tastes like grass) and Cinnamon but didn't really notice any difference. They may have helped others but in my case not really.
