It sounds like you're experiencing higher blood sugar levels in the morning despite the increased dose of Jardiance. This could be due to the "dawn phenomenon," which is a common occurrence in people with Type 2 diabetes where blood sugar levels rise in the early morning hours.

It sounds like you're experiencing higher blood sugar levels in the morning despite the increased dose of Jardiance. This could be due to the "dawn phenomenon," which is a common occurrence in people with Type 2 diabetes where blood sugar levels rise in the early morning hours.

Here are a few points to consider:
- Dawn Phenomenon: This is a natural rise in blood sugar that happens as the body prepares to wake up.
- Medication Timing: Ensure you're taking Jardiance as prescribed, generally once daily in the morning, with or without food.
- Lifestyle Factors: Diet and exercise play a crucial role in managing blood sugar levels.

If the issue persists, it might be worth discussing with your doctor for further adjustments or additional strategies.

Jardiance is designed to deal mostly with your after meal numbers

Jardiance "removes" sugar and salt from the blood filtering it out in the kidneys and passing it in urine - kinda like a vacuum and it doesn't stop working overnight

However, if it is removing "too much sugar" and you are going low overnight then the liver would be triggered to "correct" and would put out extra sugar
