80 would be at the "lower end" of NORMAL Fasting numbers (70 or 72 is considered as low as you want to go - and the disparity is because 4 mmols = 72 when converted)

But personally if I woke up to an 80 every morning I would be dancing and celebrating - not too low at all from a safety point of view

Hi Shannon in reply to your question 80 to my knowledge is low, is this fasting blood sugar by that I mean soon as you get up in the morning? Are you on tablets or insulin? It works differently. The correct answer will definitely come from Graham Lamb, Judith Goode and Hkc, they are my mentors. Tc🙏❤️
