Range For Diabetics
Is the blood sugar range the same for all of us or is it individual?
How can I lose weight following blood sugar range?
Thank you for helping me.
Your range should be set by your Doctor because it can be quite individual
There is some (national standards) for the average diabetic (if there is such a thing)
Generally the "range" is (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators) mmols)
In the UK the range is more restricted at 4.0 - 8.5 (72 - 153)
And if you are otherwise healthy (no heart/kidney issues) then going with a range of 4.0-7.8 or 72 to 140 is the "healthiest" range and will prevent or significantly delay the onset of Diabetic Complications
But as we age your sugar range can usually become a little more liberal since (without being morbid) there comes a point where a complication that takes 20 years to develop may not be a concern so no need to restrict blood sugar to prevent that = can run a little higher range without an issue
(my personal range set with my Doc is 4.0 - 8.0 or 72 - 144)
My bs range is 4.5-7.0
What dosage do I need for chromium and magnesium?
I try to keep mine between 80 and 120 but u probably need to ask Graham?
