If I run out of steam at about 1400 hours, I usually do a teaspoon or 2 of nut butter and some vegetables.
It gives me enough fuel till evening meal.
I find coffee and a walk help. My crash time is 3pm. Sometimes a nap helps but sometimes I feel worse. If I can get up and do something it helps. B12 used to be my go to vitamin. Maybe should try again.
B12 vitamin , coffee, does mornings, but after 2pm , not much helps me. Can't do any more caffeine or i dont sleep for sure.
Vitamin B12 has really helped not only with fatigue but also neuropathy.
I'm a napper too, it helps
