Members shared a wide range of strategies for managing fatigue, with the most common approaches being regular exercise (especially walking), staying well-hydrated throughout the day, and taking short power naps when needed. Several members described practical routines that worked for them, including vitamin B12 supplementation for energy and neuropathy relief, regulating carbohydrate intake to maintain consistent blood sugar and energy levels, evening rituals like Epsom salt baths to promote better sleep, and caffeine from coffee or sugar-free energy drinks in moderation. A recurring theme was that while fatigue remains a persistent challenge for many, finding a personalized combination of movement, hydration, rest, and sometimes supplements can help create more consistent energy levels throughout the day.

If I run out of steam at about 1400 hours, I usually do a teaspoon or 2 of nut butter and some vegetables.
It gives me enough fuel till evening meal.

I find coffee and a walk help. My crash time is 3pm. Sometimes a nap helps but sometimes I feel worse. If I can get up and do something it helps. B12 used to be my go to vitamin. Maybe should try again.
