Im type 2 diabetic and just check my sugar it's 80 I'm concerned about going to bed this low any suggestions on what to do to get it up

Unless you are an insulin user or taking a Sulfonylurea class drug you have nothing to worry about - your system will only let you get so low and when you are sleeping your liver will release enough sugar to keep things working properly

I get a little worried at 60 before bed but at 80 , I am happy. But Graham and Hkc can give u better answers about that. Here’s a big hug and hang in there.
