Porridge , eggs, banana, My blood sugar around 5.7 used to be 10….. not good…..

Try something not traditionally a breakfast food-anything you fancy.Just avoid overloading with carbs,include some protein.....Enjoy whatever you choose.

I find I have to avoid most fruit (except Berries since they're high fiber and even then I limit) at breakfast, my levels are really sensitive in the morning. I try for high protein, high fiber and a lot to drink. You can find low carb "oatmeals" with lots of nuts and seeds, add whipping cream instead of milk, and cinnamon. Side of protein and water or tea/coffee. Homemade "pakoras" without potatoes or flour (egg to bind, lots of veg and seasoning) are nice too
