There is a couple of Type 1's and a few with LADA

But with 80% being Type 2 (and T1 and LADA being about 10% each of all diabetics), you will always be surrounded by more T2's

However, aside from the cause with T1 and LADA being an autoimmune disorder and T2 being metabolic, from that point on what to eat, the importance of weight control, exercise, getting enough sleep etc etc etc are all the same

After diagnosis how you deal with it becomes paramount and we all can manage the same way - how we got to that diagnosis is of less importance

I'm not type 1 but there are some on here that are. It is still a good place to vent about you day.
