How Does One Obtain The Proper Components Recommended For Use With The Insulin Pump?

I have been trying, since November 2022 to obtain the new infusion sets and reservoirs for the Medtronic 770G pump. They will not sell to the patient and I have yet to receive any from my current pump supply vendor. They did not give any indication as to when the Rx would be filled.
