If you have been taking the Synjardy for a while and all is fine (or alternately the Ozempic and have got through the initial GI issues) then adding the other will not "double the discomfort"

Anytime you start a new drug you are likely to experience some temporary discomfort but it will not likely be made better or worse because of something else you are already taking (unless the doc really messes up and prescribes something that interacts negatively with an existing prescription)
