Is Daily Sacenda Injections Part Of Type II Treatment?
Saxenda is the same drug as is in Ozempic and Trulicty but is used to "weight loss" and the dose if reflected in that and can not be used with "diabetes meds" that contain the same active ingredient.
However, in the datasheet for Saxenda it says specifically that it is NOT to be used for the Treatment of Diabetes. They may have messed with the formula a little bit so that it only works on hunger suppression and not lowering blood sugar.
That would make sense since it is taken at a much greater dose than the diabetes version and if it did control blood sugar the users could end up with lows since they would be essentially overdosing.
