I go low at night fairly often, just usually not low enough to worry about - had six or seven 3.8's/68's just in the past two weeks - don't even worry about them anymore since that seems to be "normal for me" - no symptoms - feel totally fine

Have gone down below 3.0/54 a couple of times - woke up disoriented and sweat soaked (typical symptoms). For those times I keep a few of those kids sized orange juice tetra packs on hand - have about 15 carbs worth of sugar and can store them for just about forever not refrigerated. Almost as quick as glucose but taste way better

If you "treat a low" the standard advice is get 15 carbs in you and test again every 15 minutes until you are back in a safe range

Most people over compensate. That 15/15 rule is great advise

Thank you so much I feel more comfortable with that solution. Juice will go on my grocery list. Thanks so much. Graham.
