SlimFast Advanced Nutrition has 20 gm protein, 7 gm carbs.

SlimFast has 10 gm protein, 25 gm carbs.

So SlimFast Advanced Nutrition is the better choice. Baby Steps. Do what works for you and keeps your numbers within range. I wish for you more good days than bad and have many exceptional days too.
