What's The Most Important Thing You Learned About Living With Diabetes This Past Year?
It's a challenging disease but anyone that puts their mind into it can overcome it by keeping it controlled.
I’ve found not only what we eat but when we eat helps with control of diabetes. I also found that the time of day you eat matters . More of your daily carbs early in your day helps as well as schedule time to eat all meals portion control was the hardest especially at holidays .I had to increase my water consumption due to chronic renal disease issues I so far have gone from Chronic renal disease stage 4 to stage 3b not sure who was happiest my nephrologist or me . Still drinking the water usually one cup of coffee per day but drinking water helps me actually feel better ! The proof was in the numbers . Yes I had to cut a lot of stuff out including diet cola the clear diet doesn’t bother me occasionally but now I’m hooked on water and feel better. So this year maybe I can continue on to control my health better . Thx for hearing me rank . God bless you all!!!! ♥️
