How Doestting Dates Effect My Type 2 Diabeties

How Doestting Dates Effect My Type 2 Diabeties

Yes, Dates are full of electrolytes, fiber, A and B vitamins - all things that most Type 2's are deficient in.

Plus they are a Low GI (Glycemic Index) food.

But each date also contains about 4 grams of sugar so you can't overdo it.

If you are eating them as a snack then 3 of them would be about the recommended limit.

So yes, dates would be a great choice for their overall nutritional benefit.
