Members connected warmly over simple joys that brightened their day, from grandchildren and pets to personal milestones and acts of kindness. Several members shared moments of gratitude for health progress, including improved A1C results, successful doctor visits, feeling well enough to complete everyday tasks, and one member celebrating their mother's recovery in the ICU, while others found happiness in family gatherings, quiet walks, funny memories, and the comfort of close friendships across continents. A recurring theme was appreciation for waking up each morning, finding laughter in small surprises, celebrating loved ones through life's challenges, and choosing to focus on positivity and connection even during difficult seasons.

I'm smiling today because my siblings are with me when I was sad. They comforted me and my children were there too with support before attending my mom's funeral. I danced and laughed to celebrate my mom. I want to be positive each day and not worry about tomorrow 😊. My great niece was being silly and I laughed at her. My nephew hugged me and said I love you, which made me smile πŸ˜€. I called and talked to my husband and that made me smile. I called my daughter beautiful and that makes me smile.

@A DiabetesTeam Member hello my dear friend and I am sorry to hear that you have had a tummy bug lately and I hope you feel better soon!

I have reason to smile today as I have had an excellent report on my blood test results and I have reversed the Diabetes type2 due to my changing my diet to mostly healthy meals over the past 6-12 months. Also walking more often and further for exercise has helped my balance and my muscle tone.

Hugs from Judyxx

I'm smiling πŸ˜‚ today because I'm alive again to see my family. I laughed with my student who holding onto the crib rail. I said,"Laila, where are you going?" She looked at me with a smile on her face and I laughed. She laughed. I laughed harder and she started bouncing up and down with excitement.
