My Dr Just Put Me On Ozempic .25 Once A Week. Does Anyone Feel Nauseated In The Days After Injecting?
I've been on it 3 weeks. No appetite, nauseous. I'll will definitely speak to Dr about it. Thanks for the info
How long have you been taking the 0.25? Your MD will probably need blood samples at about the one month mark, too see how you're adapting.
At first it did effect my diet, I'm eating less than before. I took Tums while adjusting. I only get noticeable stomach upset depending on 'Stressors.'
Talk to your diabetes specialist if it goes on for more than a month. Something to ask while reviewing your A1c at the month end.
I have been injection for do long it became a daily routine
Thank you GrahamLamb!😀
That is one of the most common side effects.
It may continue as you increase the dose until you get to the actual dose you will be taking since it is done in stages.
Ozempic and the other drugs in that class kinda mess around with a hormone that comes from your digestive system so it is super common for it to cause a bit of upset until you get used to it (normally a week or two) and then again any time the dose increases.
