If are asking for snacks that will NOT affect your blood sugar at all then you can eat nuts/seeds, cheese, any kind of meat (cured/sliced, left over roast beef or chicken etc or even jerky), greek style yogurt (but not the fruit bottom stuff - essentially plain or sugar free stuff).

If your blood sugar is somewhat "normal" when you want a snack then you can stick to lower carb - a small apple, a few berries, 3 or 4 crackers with peanut butter, a "handful" of popcorn or 2 to 4 squares of dark chocolate.

But generally if it's something that you would really like to snack on and tastes good, you probably should go nowhere near it 😁
