yes it is good for hypertension and is the main basis for the DASH Diet which was designed by cardiologists
Good for Diabetes is more of a loaded question.
Meat has "zero carbs"
Plant based proteins have "carbs"
Carbs raise blood sugar so it's really tough to eat enough plant based protein as a diabetic to get enough for overall health needs "and" keep our blood sugar under control.
To go down that path you really need an "engaged diabetes certified dietitian" to help you every step along the way. Don't want to die from diabetes complications while trying to save your heart or vice versa...
Does Anyone know for sure if Plant Base food is really good for type 2 and hypertension
Not the specific brand but Berberine in general is a natural/traditional diabetes (treatment) that has been shown to help reduce insulin resistance and increase insulin production.
Thing to remember is, before 1920 when Insulin first came out that these "naturals/traditionals" still resulted in a painful death because while they are "better than nothing" they do not control diabetes very well at all.
They can however, form part of your overall treatment plan. If you are doing your part with diet and exercise, losing weight if you need to, some of these could help you keep from having to increase meds, decrease them slightly or delay having to go on them.
So if you temper your expectations and do not expect to pop some supplement and be all better, the product is viable.
