For me, the nights I don't sleep well, my numbers stay higher. Sometimes when I get up for No. 1 I don't get the cpap turned on again. Then I drag all day. I feel like I'm dragging butt.

I hate feeling that way, so cpap, here I come daily and remember to put it back on. I'm up every 90-120 minutes.
