Frequent urinating that wakes me up at night

Does anyone urinate a lot, like every 30 minutes to an hour during the day and every and every hour and a half 2 hours during the night?

Yeah that's cause we peeing out that sugar we intake. Remember dog gone every has carbs which converts into sugar 😒
