something i use for wound healing is colodial Silver you get it in a cream and spray ect. I only use this on all my wounds even sunburn. Try this and let me know if this is working for you

I strongly recommend you consult a podiatrist, they will examine your foot thoroughly and advice further. Please dont leave unattended. Same advice i gave to my ex but unfortunately he took it lightly and sorry to say it led to amputation fast and more🙏🙏
