One Pen (which contains 4 doses - so need 13 pens a year) is listed at a full cost of $851.60 (USD) from the mfg (NovoCare)

In Canada, it varies a little province to province (the provincial governments cut a bulk deal with the mfg) so up my way it goes for between $200 and $250 (CAD) for that same One Pen if you are paying out of pocket.
