If so which app
I think keto is great for diabetes. I was 1 step away from going on insulin. Started on keto and within a month stoped taking all meds and sugars are great. It is hard because i have always been a sweet food junkie. The a1c tests prove it works. My dr. is very pleased. Every once in a while I go back on weight watchers because it is more flexable on foods just count points. But I eat bad points and sugar goes up. Ww is great if you eat correctly. I have no will power.
I do it by hand in a notebook. I prefer that way as I have space to calculate carbs, insulin ratio, note also everything health relate like if I have nausea or infection. It makes every visit to the doctor much easier too since I have all the dates and bp numbers in it.

I use MYKETO app, as I am trying to move my eating to as low carb as possible to help with my insulin requirements..
The app calculate carbs, proteins, fats and calories. Has several ways to enter the foods you are eating
It also has some great recipes and suggestions for eating healthy.
They are going to be developing the app to be able to allow diabetics to enter their insulin dose they took with their meals..
Not a perfect app, but easy to use and they seem to be open to suggestions.
