Get yourself a copy of "Magic Foods for Better Blood Sugar" it's the best book out there.
Ask your Dr to send you to a Nutrionist. They can help a lot. Especially with meal plans and explain in what and what not to eat.
Best thing is to contact a dietician. They can help you with wjat foods are good amd what to stay away from.
