What are people's thoughts on Bydureon? I've heard some horror stories. I'm reluctant to try it.
Bear,
Trust yur reluctance.
VALUE yur human body....
BTW: Tell the doctor to
take the drug!!!
What are your other treatment options?
Why is this better than other options?
Those are questions that I would want my doctor to be answering before I injected myself with this.
Maybe it is "the best option for you at this time", but I would certainly want to hear all the pros/cons and why the doctor thinks this is best. They should be able to explain what this will do for you that another medication can't - how safe it is compared to other options or if there is risks but the mitigation of complications makes it worthwhile.
(as an example a low carb diet reduces life expectancy by 4 years - uncontrolled sugars reduce life expectancy by 10 to 20 years - so do you want to shave 4 years or 20 years off your life - both are crappy choices, but one is better)
And if they can't answer those questions maybe check to see if AstraZeneca is funding a family vacation for the Doc.
How do you stop rehearsing past failures over and over in your head?
What is your favorite activity on a cold rainy day?
I've heard a lot about fasting. I've just never heard how it affects diabetes. Is it safe to fast if your diabetic?
