Summing it up.
Chest clear
Went for xray on sinuses
Doc told me I had mono like 2-3 weeks ago. Can it come back?
December 9 first day back to work. I dont start till 9 so I'm sitting downtown shopping coffee and watching tv. I feel really tired. I went to Starbucks and I asked for a grander gingerbread latte and they put eggnog latte. My voice must be hard to hear. I didnt say anything I just took my drink and went. I feel drained already and I have not even started.

I have been on it since mid-January. I have dropped 45 lbs, and kept 40 from coming back during the cycling periods.
A1C dropped from 10.8 to 7.1!
BP is back to normal now, too.
