I have problems with fatigue as well- during high sugar and low sugar periods. As others have noted, I have started snacking between meals to stabilize sugar, as I crash fast when it's too low. I have also started having a small fruit snack at bedtime. I was seeing high blood test readings in the morning. My doc said during the night if your body senses sugar is dropping the liver will release sugar into the bloodstream, so it's much higher at wakeup then at bedtime. I am now seeing much lower am readings.

If your sugar levels are high you will have problems sleeping. Sugar is energy

I have problems sleeping at night also. I would suggest that you check your blood sugar before bedtime to see if it's running high. I drink chamomile tea at night.

You can buy herbal extracts you rub on your wrist for stress.this really does help.
And doesn’t seem to affect the sugar levels

They say the med's we take can eat up Vitamin B12. The doctor has been giving me B12 shots every other week and it has helped.
