Mitchell there is approx. 38 net carbs in a cup . I usually eat one half. It all depends in how many carbs per meal you allow. I allow under 20 carbs of a starch at dinner time along with a lot of greens and a protein. Everyone is different but it works for me and my diabetes is under control. Keto is not a diet for me as it is way too restricted and deprives you is almost all carbs.👎

Chris, I agree with you. Keto isn't for me. As the brown rice I will 1/3-1/2 cup with a baked or grilled protein, a small fruit and veg. Also, I drink 8ozs of water every 2 hours. 1-2 liters of water daily.
Blessings to us all! 😊

I don't eat rice daily. Maybe once a week is good for me.
