I dont know if this is due to your own chemistry or from medicine. some medicines will do that, all you can do in that case is stay hydrated and use industrial strength deoderrent. or stop or change meds..

I found out I have diabetes on May 25 2019. from the begining I had face and neck heavy sweating. I had to keep a cold cloth with me at all times. I drink so much water everyday.and eat a ton of ice.which I think helps. I am on Levemir ( insulin ) the epi pen. and after I got use to it. it did get much better. but I cannot leave the house without a class of ice water. hope things get better for you
