Gaining weight happens to us all.
I walk in the morning before work,15 minutes on my lunch break and 45 minutes before bed and I get the best sleep. I stop snacking after 6pm or have a small fruit and water. I drink 1-2 liters of water to flush toxins from my body and stay full longer.
Keep Moving but do what you can!!! 😁
Eating lean meats 1-2 ozs 2 veggies a small fruit and 1/2 cup low fat milk for lunch and dinner keeps my weight good. No Fried Foods for me.
I have 1/2 cup oatmeal, a small apple and water for breakfast or bran cereal flakes. 1 piece of baked fish, or salmon, 1/3 cup tuna or 3 pieces of sardines or 1 small baked chicken for me.
I always have a small fruit with my meals and drink water after and between meals to stay full longer and walk of 3 times daily.
Have a blessed weekend and be well!!!😁

Tina - counting my carbs has helped me lose weight in the past. I was in an 8-week program through my health plan and lost 30 lbs, then gained most of it back! Counting carbs is critical to my diabetes self-care, so losing the weight is a great benefit too. At my weight & height, 225 lbs, 5'5" my goal is 100-120 carbs a day. Exercise too, walking is great!

Water, constantly drink it. Before during and after meals. 1 cup before your meal helps you get full faster and it seems to reduce my appetite.
