Members rallied around the question of taking 3600 mg of gabapentin for neuropathy, confirming that this dosage falls within the standard therapeutic range of 1800-3600 mg daily, with some sharing they have taken even higher doses when pain proved especially difficult to manage. Several members offered alternative or complementary approaches that have helped them, including magnesium, B12, alpha-lipoic acid, CoQ10, and high-strength curcumin with black pepper, though many emphasized consulting a doctor before adding supplements. A recurring theme was reassurance that there is no one-size-fits-all solution for neuropathy pain, encouragement not to stress over dosage if it is working, and solidarity around the often excruciating and stubborn nature of nerve pain.

Try high-strength curcumin with black pepper as a substitute.

As we age we deplete CoQ10 generally but also by the medications that we take.
Take high Absorption CoQ10 say 300mg tice a day for one week then reduce it to once a day.
Doctors make us run around and I think it is due to their lack of understanding.

Here are a few evidence-based ways by which CoQ10 benefits in neuropathy treatment:
Improves antioxidant defenses
Manages blood sugar levels and prevents diabetic neuropathy
Reduces nerve pain
Reduces inflammation
Prevents chemotherapy induced neurotoxicity and neuropathy
Treats and prevents statin induced neuropathy
Protects nerve health and prevents degeneration

Try it out. Also ensure you have adequate amounts of B12. Good luck. Let me know how it goes.

high-strength curcumin with black pepper can be added to you intake.

No, I only take 300 mg a day. Your neuropathy must be pretty bad.

900, but that doesn't mean I won't need more. Don't stress over how much you are taking. It it is working.....go with it.
