I was on Victoza for about a year...worked really well. Then I switched jobs, and my new insurance won't cover it. I'm on Trulicity now.

I took victoza for a while it made me vomit at first loss of taste even water tasted bad and coffee still does not taste good anymore but after a while I started eating and drinking everything was ok except for the coffee but I got changed to take ozempic and I don't see a difference on my Blood Sugars still high the doctor said I am taking everything that i could take my daughter started Keto and she reversed her blood sugar and is not taking any meds anymore i just cant seem to be able to do that no carbs how hard is that

I used it for about 4 months, until my ins made it non-formulary. I had horrible gas and periodic diarrhea. Now I have gastritis and I think the Victoza contributed to it.

I was on Trajenta but now my doctor is putting me on Jardiance. I shall let you know if it improves my diabetes or not in 3 months. The last time my lab test showed that my kidney was under the norm. My doctor did Not tell me the side effect on my kidney!!
