Cut the fats out because this happens when the blood vessels fill with fat and watch dr Barnards speeches on you tube because he discusses your problem about someone your age who successfully reverses the problem

Check out www.mayoclinic.org. Here is an excerpt on the subject:

Erectile dysfunction — the inability to get or maintain an erection firm enough for sex — is common in men who have diabetes, especially those with type 2 diabetes. It can stem from damage to nerves and blood vessels caused by poor long-term blood sugar control.

Erectile dysfunction can also be linked to other conditions common in men with diabetes, such as high blood pressure and heart disease. Erectile dysfunction might occur earlier in men with diabetes than in men without the disease. Difficulty maintaining an erection might even precede the diabetes diagnosis.

Research L Cituline and L Carnitine Alpha Lipoic Acid and Pine Bark Extract. Also Astaxanthin - Better than Vit C

Good Luck

Try more exercises & massage as often as possible. How is your cholesterol? Has it got anything to do with your ED?

I have bad blood circulation and my feet and hands are cold. I blame it on diabetes.'My doctor is getting me to have a stress test riding the treadmill to find out if my arteries are not partially blocked. I am also checking my blood pressure every day & be careful what I eat. I should pay more attention to fatty food!!
