I also sleep at 3am or 4am, sometimes 6am. You are supposed to sleep at least 8 hours I'm told. But, I'm good with 7 hrs, 6 hrs, or even 5 hrs of sleep. I read that to avoid alzheimers you need at least 8 hrs to rest your brain. I promise myself all the time to do better. It's a habit.

not quite sure how many hours a day you are sleeping but if you are sleeping more than 10 hours a day, I would say that is not good but I am not a doctor. Check with your doctor!

I am the same way the good news is I don’t snack in
Am try to keep my meals the same time every day
