Members responded to concerns about post-breakfast blood sugar rising from 85 to 126 mg/dL with reassurance that 126 is only slightly above guidelines and not a major cause for alarm, while several suggested that the dizzy and weak feelings might be related to electrolyte imbalances, low blood pressure from frequent bathroom trips, or the body adjusting to more normal glucose levels after running high. Many community members offered practical advice including focusing on diet by cutting processed carbs and eating more vegetables, staying hydrated, getting light exercise like walking, and consulting with a doctor or diabetes educator to rule out other issues. A recurring theme was encouragement to avoid stressing over numbers that can worsen blood sugar, to listen to your body's signals, and to seek professional guidance if symptoms persist or worsen.

Check with your diabetic specialist. They may be able to figure out what is happening.

what are you eating? usually your answer will lie there. Cut out high carbs that have been processed such as white bread, pastries and white rice. Eat more veggies and get more exercise even if it is just a walk around the block. Hope you feel better. Check in with your doctor and see if there is a nutrition class your insurance can offer.
